Gujarat government is planning to provide financial aid of ₹2,000 monthly to children who have lost one parent to Covid-19. This will be an extension of an existing scheme that covers kids left orphaned by the devastating virus.

Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana form Gujarat

Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana has been started by the Government of Uttar Pradesh . Through this scheme, all those children will be helped whose parents have died due to corona virus infection. This scheme has been started on 30 May 2021 by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath. Through this scheme, not only financial assistance will be provided to the children, but the expenses from their education to their marriage will be borne by the government. Under Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana , financial assistance of ₹ 4000 will be provided to the child or his guardian for the upbringing of the children.

Apart from this, financial assistance will also be provided for the marriage of girls through this scheme. If the age of the child is less than 10 years and they do not have any guardian, they will be provided residential facility in the Government Children’s Home. Girls will also be provided separate residential facility and all those children who are studying in school and college will also be provided laptop/tablet under this scheme.

Chief Minister’s Child Service Scheme launched

As you all know, the Chief Minister Bal Seva Yojana has been started by the Uttar Pradesh government for the children orphaned due to coronavirus infection. This scheme has been launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh on 22 July 2021. On this occasion, 12-12 thousand rupees for 3 months have been distributed in the bank accounts of the parents of 4050 identified children of the state at the rate of ₹ 4000 per month. Under this scheme, it has now been decided to include children orphaned due to diseases other than corona. On this occasion, acceptance letters, school bags, chocolates, etc. have been provided to 10 beneficiary children by the Governor and the Chief Minister. Two of these children have also been provided with tabs. On this occasion, it has been announced by the Chief Minister that a new scheme will also be started for the women who have been illiterate due to coronavirus.

From the upbringing to education and health of all the orphaned children, the Uttar Pradesh government will take care of the responsibility. Apart from this, all those children who cannot take care of their relatives will be kept in the children’s home. Education will be provided to children through Atal Residential Schools and girls will be provided education in Kasturba Gandhi Residential Schools. Apart from this, the guidelines of PMKS for inspector children will also come soon. The benefit of which will also be passed on to the children. All arrangements will be made by the government for the bright future of the children.

Apart from this, the chief guest of the program, Governor Anandiben Patel has appreciated this scheme. It has been told by him that UP is the first state to start such a scheme for the orphaned children. Anandiben Patel has also appealed to the authorities to adopt an orphan child. Massive public participation has also been called by Rajpal ji to fulfill the dreams of the orphaned children. Orders have also been given by Anandiben to the Vice Chancellors of all the universities that if there are orphan children in the university, then they should be helped

Girls orphaned by COVID-19 will get priority in admission to Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, a chain of residential schools run by the government. Their hostel expenses will also be borne by the state government. Orphaned girls will also get the benefit of the state’s Kunwarbai’s Mameru Scheme when they get married. Orphaned children will get medical treatment on priority under the Mukhyamantri Amrutam Maa card scheme. The guardians of such children will be covered on priority basis under the National Food Security Act so that such families can get wheat, rice, sugar and other staples at concessional rates, the chief minister said.

Eligibility conditions issued for ITI trainees

Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana was launched to provide financial assistance to the children who lost their parents due to corona virus infection. It has also been decided to provide benefits to ITI trainees under this scheme. For which the eligibility condition was issued on June 8, 2021 by the Principal of Government Industrial Training Institute, Dr. Naresh Kumar. Laptop, tablet, financial assistance for marriage and monthly assistance will be provided to all eligible beneficiaries. All those ITI trainees who want to get the benefit of this scheme have to apply in the nodal ITI of their district. The eligibility conditions for ITI Trainee are as follows.

The age of the trainee should be less than 18 years.

Applicant’s parents must have died due to corona virus infection.

If one of the applicant’s mother or father died before March 2020 and the other died due to corona infection, then in this situation also the benefit of this scheme can be availed.

If the applicant’s parent has died before 1st March 2020 and the legal guardian has died due to corona infection, then he is also eligible for this scheme.

Those children will also be able to get the benefit of Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana, whose parents earning income from their parents have died due to corona virus infection.

Apart from this, if both the parents are alive but the parent earning the income has died due to corona virus infection and the annual income of the surviving parents is ₹ 200000 or less, then in this situation also the benefit of this scheme will be provided. Will be done.

Eligibility of Chief Minister Child Service Scheme

Applicant should be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.

Children who have lost both their parents due to COVID-19.

Children who lose their legal guardian due to corona virus infection are eligible under this scheme.

Children who have lost their earning parent to COVID-19.

Children whose only one parent was alive and died due to corona virus infection.

The age of the child must be 18 years or less than 18 years.

All the children of a family (biologically and legally adopted) will be able to get the benefit of this scheme.

At present, the income of the surviving mother or father should be ₹ 200000 or less than ₹ 200000.

If you want to apply under UP Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana then you have to follow the following procedure.

If you live in rural area then you have to go to office of Village Development/Panchayat Officer or Block or District Probation Officer and if you live in urban area you have to go to office of Lekhpal, Tehsil or District Probation Officer.

You have to get the application form of this scheme from the office.

Now you have to enter all the important information asked in the application form like your name, mobile number, email id etc.

After this you have to attach all the important documents.

Now you have to submit this application form to the office.

In this way you will be able to apply under the UP Chief Minister Bal Seva Yojana.

After identifying the eligible children by the District Child Protection Unit and Child Welfare Committee, the application process will be completed within 15 days.

Under this scheme, the application can be made within 2 years of the death of the parent.
